The Kinovo Group has announced its third year of sponsoring of the ‘Sustainability in Housing Theatre’ at the Chartered Institute of Housing’s ‘Housing Brighton 2025’ event, taking place on 7-8th May at the Doubletree by Hilton Brighton Metropole.

This renewed commitment reflects Kinovo’s dedication to environmental responsibility within the housing sector. Through its strategic pillars of Regulation, Regeneration, and Renewables, Kinovo supports positive change in sustainable housing practices.

Pippa Pang, Kinovo’s Group Head of Social Value & Marketing explains, “Our business centres on safety compliance, community enhancement, and energy-efficient solutions that help customers in their drive to Net Zero. Sponsoring Brighton once again and working closely with CIH to shape the agenda, reflects this commitment and supports the sector to take positive steps toward building a more sustainable future for our industry. We’re delighted that attendees will gain access to speakers and panels with relevant real-world experience and specialist knowledge of the sustainability challenges facing the housing sector. We look forward to seeing everyone there!”

The Sustainability in Housing Theatre will feature expert panels addressing the following:

  • A holistic approach to sustainable development incorporating planning, placemaking, and nature-positive solutions
  • The Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (formerly SHDF) providing funding for energy performance improvements
  • The importance of tenant engagement for achieving net zero goals
  • Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) benefits for delivering affordable, low-carbon homes
  • Heat networks as part of the government’s carbon reduction strategy, including regulatory changes to improve billing fairness and energy efficiency.
