Grace Juniper progressing to the Domestic Gas Team

Congratulations to Grace Juniper who will be starting a new challenge within the business. Grace is moving from the Customer Service Call Centre and joining the Domestic Gas Team as a Contract Administrator on Monday 13th September 2021.

Jake Clarke, Grace’s previous Manager, says: “Grace joined Purdy in early March 2021 as a Call Centre Analyst at our Romford Call Centre. Almost immediately Grace demonstrated her ability to learn quickly and not shy away from any challenge presented to her. Throughout her time in the Call Centre, Grace has built a fantastic rapport with our clients, residents and internal staff which has enabled her to excel in her role and prove herself to be an extremely valued member of the team. Grace will be sorely missed at the call centre by our residents and especially by the Call Centre team, however she will be an invaluable asset to the Contract Administration team at our head office and I look forward to seeing her progress further within the business. Myself, and the team, wish Grace all the very best in her next challenge and look forward to continuing to work with her, albeit in a slightly different dynamic. Good luck Grace!”
